If you are feeling stressed or just need a refreshing break, come join us for 4 day 3 night retreat  Come learn, share and connect with others who love yoga and mindful living, We will start the day with pranayam, meditation and yoga to invigorate and awaken body and mind, after breakfast there will be time to relax in the pool and connect with one another, after lunch quiet time to journal,reflect or read or rest In the afternoon something to inspire you as I discuss topics related to spirituality, yoga and ayurveda. At the end of the day yoga nidra, reiki circle and full moon meditation to deeply relax every fibre of your being. 

Throughout the day you will be deeply nourished by herbal teas and wholesome meals. There will be a massage therapist for those who want a massage and art supplies for those who want to be creative.  Click here to see the rooms and nightly prices

Get ready to stretch, breathe, and splash into fun with our Ocean-Themed Kids Yoga! In this playful yoga journey, children will explore the deep blue sea through movement, imagination, and mindfulness. Kids will learn to move their bodies in fun, healthy ways while developing balance, focus, and relaxation skills. We’ll also incorporate storytelling, ocean sounds, and maybe even a sea-themed craft or song to keep the ocean magic alive.

This themed class is perfect for kids ages 5–10, with adaptations to suit all ability levels. No prior yoga experience needed—just bring your imagination and sense of adventure!
